The Spanish Academy of Regenerative Medicine (AEMR) is led by a team of high-level physicians and internationally recognized experts who actively practice regenerative medicine every day. As a student, you’ll be trained directly by doctors with real clinical experience and proven results.
Our program is complete and practical, supported by modern tools, high-quality equipment, and carefully structured modules. From theory to hands-on application, every lesson is designed to help you safely and effectively integrate regenerative medicine into your own clinical practice

Learn directly from internationally recognized physicians with extensive experience in regenerative medicine and active clinical practice.

Apply what you learn through guided practical sessions and real clinical scenarios in AEMR-accredited centers.

Train using the latest tools, devices and protocols used in advanced regenerative treatments today.

Gain knowledge that can be implemented immediately in your daily practice with real patient cases and proven treatment strategies.
This program stands out because it combines scientific rigor, real clinical experience, and high-quality practical training delivered by internationally recognized physicians. You’ll gain access to modern tools, evidence-based protocols, real patient cases and a complete step-by-step curriculum designed specifically for practicing doctors. Unlike general theory courses, this training focuses on real application, so you leave not only knowing the techniques, but knowing when and why to use them in your own daily practice.
Training in regenerative medicine equips clinicians with the skills to offer cutting-edge treatments that can significantly improve patient outcomes, especially for those who have not responded well to traditional treatments.
Participating in regenerative medicine education can expand your clinical skills and open new avenues for career advancement (Networking). It reflects a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a rapidly evolving field.
Incorporating regenerative therapies into your practice not only distinguishes you from your peers, but also contributes to the broader medical community by providing insights into innovative treatment approaches and their efficacy.
Our faculty is composed of highly experienced physicians and renowned specialists in regenerative medicine who combine scientific knowledge with real clinical expertise, delivering world-class teaching based on proven results, up-to-date research, and years of hands-on practice in the field.

Understanding the cellular biology, tissue regeneration mechanisms, and evidence-based science behind orthobiologics such as PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate, and mesenchymal stem cells.

Knowing when, how and why to use each regenerative technique in musculoskeletal pathologies, including patient selection, treatment planning and step-by-step application protocols.

The course is divided into three levels:
Level I – Online (theory): The online component of the course allows students to access all educational content flexibly and conveniently through mentored video lessons, facilitating self-paced learning. Divided into 17 modules and 62 lessons, it will begin on May 30, 2026, and students will have until February 2027 to complete it.
Level II. Clinical Practices:: Students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in clinics accredited by the AEMR®, where they can participate in procedures with real patients under the supervision of experts. Their visit will be evaluated by the center's director and will count towards the final assessment for obtaining the AEMR® certification.
Level III. International OrthobioMsk Course:: It includes in-person attendance at the VI International OrtobioMsk Course from February 4th to 6th, 2027 (www.ortobiomsk.com), which will provide the student with a perfect closing and the opportunity to interact with professors and medical students from all over the world, exchange knowledge and stay up to date with the latest advances in the field of regenerative medicine of the musculoskeletal system, in addition to participating in the Cadaver Lab with very didactic practices.
The complete program includes more than 100 hours of theory, hands-on practice, and face-to-face activities.
After completing the three levels and passing the final evaluation, you will receive the Official AEMR Certificate, with accreditation requested from the Commission for Continuing Education of the Spanish National Health System (Community of Madrid).
This provides official recognition in Spain and international prestige, improving your CV and professional positioning.
If you complete only Level I, you will still receive the AEMR Certificate – Level I.
No. The program is designed so that any physician working in the musculoskeletal field can follow it — starting from the basics and progressing to the most advanced techniques.
If you have no previous experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound, we recommend that you first take the online sonoanatomy course from our associated platform Eco-MSK.
We offer three options:
Basic Option (Level I online): €4,550 (payable in 2 installments)
Complete Option (Levels I + II): €6,000 (payable in 3 installments)
Premium Option (Levels I + II + III): €7,450 (split into 2 payments: €6,000 + €1,450 in January 2026)
